PAYMENT TERMS:

• Full payment is required before the merchandise is shipped.

ORDER TERMS:

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase airsoft guns.
• Under no circumstance can we sell to minors.
• It is the responsibility of the purchaser to be in compliance with all local, state, and federal laws.
• WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE TO SELL ANY MERCHANDISE TO ANY PERSON.
  

RETURNS / CLAIM:

• Claims for shortages and damages must be reported to AirSoftHardCore within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise, we will credit only the cost of goods.
• PLASTIC GEARBOX ELECTRIC GUNS -- 3 Day warranty .
• SPRING PISTOLS / SPRING RIFLES / SPRING SHOTGUNS / GUN BATTERIES -- No warranty, all sales final.
• JG CHINESE METAL GEARBOX ELECTRIC GUNS -- No warranty, all sales final. 
• GAS POWERED GUNS -- We offer 7 days limited warranty which covers manufacturer defects.

• ICS / SRC Series GUNS -- We offer 7 days limited warranty which covers manufacturer defects.

  Classic Army-We offer a 7 days Limited Warranty which covers all defects in materials and workmanship that occur. Before returning item a RMA number must be obtained.The Limited Warranty does not cover 1) damage as a result of shipping, 2) damage from neglect, abuse, or misuse, 3) damage as a result of intentional modification of any kind, 4) damage from use of poor quality/damage BBs and/or batteries. 

• Limited warranty does not apply to breakage or malfunction due to accident, improper handling, abuse, or poor maintenance.  Any modification / alteration on the gun will void this warranty.
• Limited warranty covers labor repair on the same product, no cash back.  If the customer wants to exchange a defective gun for a different model, there will be a 30% restocking fee.  If we find that parts are broken due to mishandling instead of manufacturer defect, we will charge extra for repairing the gun.
  

• Please contact us before returning a product for a RMA number.
• Customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.  

SHIPPING TERMS:

• Freight charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
• We charge actual shipping cost
• You will be shown the ESTIMATED shipping charges (US Orders) before the order is submitted.
• The actual shipping cost may be lower or higher depending on many factors.
• If the actual shipping cost is lower, we will charge the lower cost.
• If the actual shipping cost is higher, we will notify you via phone / email.
  
• Small shipments – UPS Ground
• Large shipment – Freight truck
• Goods will be shipped best effort within 3 business days after the order is placed.
